I just back into S.A. From a road trip to Katy to see the above '56 oval. I took a pile of cash and a tow bar. The car isn't perfect by any means, but I think it was worth the 7k. It needs the hood and W-decklid replaced, has been clipped up front, and the paint is sub-par at best. BUT, for me it would be a great driver.
Unfortunately.......the title doesn't match the VIN on the car. Not even close. I came home with a pile of cash and an unused towbar. And used 60 bucks in premium fuel.
I can't rag on the seller, I don't think they even knew about the VIN issue.
