Yes I forgot to mention that :( Headed to KAR at lunch tomorrow to fix that. Got the house to myself tomorrow night  so hopefully I'll have that issue figured out and can start gravity bleeding.

New inner bearing swapped out and noise went away  . However, not having any luck gravity bleeding. And my "helpers" had better things to do this evening. Tried my vacuum bleeder and am getting tons of air out, but no change in the fluid level in the reservoir. I didn't bench bleed the master so I'm guessing the air pocket is in there. Hopefully more progress tomorrow.

Getting a new brake system bled is one of the most frusterating things on these cars, grrrrrrr :furious:

I did it my notch and Chuck's notch, but times took a whole day.

I have never bench bled a master for these cars, make sure your freeplay is right that way your not just emptying your lines and your reservoir feeds the master instead of just sitting there blocked.
I would just gravity bleed with the rod off to make sure and then pressure bleed

Pretty sure I got the freeplay set right. Have about 3/4" travel at the pedal before it makes contact with the MC. As of right now, fluid isn't getting from the reservoir into the MC which I am attributing to air in the MC.

Finally after a several months :furious: of working on them between everything else I have going on this year, I finally have brakes. Big thanks to Boom for all his help today. After we swapped out the rubber line I stripped out we got them bled and was on the road in about 10 minutes.

Me too, first bleed takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R, I'm not looking forward to doing the new brakes :argue:
