If it's something fixable, fix it. That's how shows get better. If not, don't worry about it. Can't please all the people all the time. Rather than leave the club, suggest they help you plan the next one. They'll either help or not. Regardless, try not to take the negative stuff personally. Count the positive comments, I bet they outweigh the negatives by a lot.

Some of the same people work for multiple club's shows. Their suggestions may be worth something.

sometimes people in clubs dont get along or see the club going in a different direction than they want, but its best to stick it out and just do what makes you happy and keep doing the shows as you like, I wish I could have made this one but work came first.

not that our club ever has this problem but I am sure this happens quite often in other clubs
