2011 VW Harvest Austin TEXAS!!

Not favorites.. just sorta bummed about our options..

I really really want the TOP notch deal to go down in history that we stuffed 1-meal-ion vw's in that lot for a preshow gathering..

but then the drive back to the camp grounds is not as cool as I would like..

AND YES DOUG... Down town Austin is only about a 30 minute drive up to the park..

Austin is big but not even a drop in the bucket compared to Houston-Dallas/FW- or even SA ...

So north and south events really aren't to far to drive either way you look at it.

There are plenty of local Cedar Park hotels if you want to stay closer to the event..

after talking with James today I think we will just drive the lancer and stay at the Hilton, if we have time we will come check out the vw show thats going on in another town half hour away.

Doug has a LOOOOOOOT of hair its just all on his back and belly, most pools wont let him in cause he clogs the the filters up :hillbilly:

Holy crap --- I thought that was a typo when I seen those "NO DOUGs IN THE POOL" signs..

I could of sworn it was supposed to read "DOGs"
