just chuck up a square bit and drill it forward until you get tired of it and then take a break and when you feel like doing it again keep going until it flips to 0000

Have you tried putting the car on jack stands, and driving in reverse! The miles will fly off!

It looks like the window is not centered to the lift channel ...

Is there agjustments there ?
Maybe needs to go back towards the back of the car to balance the window.

that part is for a sedan. the convertible is waaaaay different and rides on a channel on the right side.

Just to give you an idea whats in a vert door
