I'll be getting there around 3:30 as it is best to be early for this one. Should be nice weather also. It might be an awsome turnout.

 It was nice to meet you Brian and James at the show today. Enjoyed speaking with both of you and seeing your cars up close. They are both beautiful cars. Show was a little heavy on new retro mustangs, camaros and challengers. We need a vw show soon!

I must have missed Brian and Nester but it was good seeing James. Ya way heavy on the modern cars , we do need a VW show!

Oh ya, a big :blueguy: to those guys working the gate, they asked if I wanted spectator parking, so I said "If my car isn't good enough for your show I'll just keep my money and leave". So that one is off the list for next year. If I want to see a bunch of modern Mustangs, Camaro's, and Corvettes I would rather go to Baytown on a Friday night, at least those guys aren't scared to run their cars.

It was nice meeting up with you Nester. I was talking with someone when you passed by James sorry about that. After that I could not find you. Nice car BTW. Nick I was right at the front and I guess I missed you pulling in. Did you get there late? Yes it is very heavy on late models unlike Niftee Fiftee but if you overlook them there are usually some nice older cars. I'll talk the guy that puts it on and relay your concerns.

It's up to you Brian, but I am still friggin pissed and won't bother going to that show in the future. I shit you not, as I rolled through it was just a bunch of mordern muscle, all idling their motors, with neon lights of every color you can imagine. Even if the front guys weren't snobs I still wouldn't go back, the Kemah show is a free for all too, but at least they got more vintage then modern, plus I don't have to pay $10 to get belittled :furious: .

Wayne- I parked with the old benz's and Datsun's, the Datsun guys were cool as shit.

The reason nifty fifty does not get the new cars is your car has to be made before 1976 to even get in.

That is why I did not go to that show. Who wants to see a bunch of financed new cars you see everyday on the way to work. You see one new camero you've seen them all.
