65 notch Dark Edition

So I just got reminded why I hate most people:

Drivin the notch, just around the corner from my house in a residential area. There is a midget walking on the side of the road, so I went wide, and there is a huge bump in the road so I'm doing about 25. I check my mirror and there is a early 2000's camry slowing way down for the bump. So far nothing unusual. My turn is coming up, i put the blinker on and start slowing down from the 30mph posted speed limit (roads are quite wet, and I'm turning onto a street with lots of houses and a narrow road). I put my brakes on so I can make the turn at a safe speed, check my mirror and Mr. Camry has his left blinker on and must be doing about 40-50 mph. That dickhead locks up his brakes and just about clips me. Well he stopped in the street, for a second I entertained the idea to turn around and "talk" to him, but I don't need to be going to jail for something so stupid. There should be a IQ test to get a drivers license.
