I always thought 68's had the big ole funky looking steering wheels, that must have been 1970 when VW's hit the ugly tree.

I like it .. I sanded and painted mine .. looked great then a day or two later looked at it and it must have fallen or something ... looked like crap ... Soooo now I have to redo...
