Thanks Guys. Big thanks to Ethan for the help today. Turned out that someone had the rear turned UP 2 CLICKS! yeah, it was baja status. No pics of that thankfully. I have short axles and I just pulled the trans out. I have some time off coming up soon and I should have them done soon, then make it a roller again.

The car was originally Savannah Beige, one of my favorite VW colors. I'm doing this one on a budget (just like my others :D ) so I'm painting it with Krylon. I did the decklid and the rear light mounts already. I took a lesson from Brad Cease, I think it'll turn out ok. (prolly not as good as his vert though.)

Plans are to put on short axles, finish painting the car one piece at a time (like Johnny Cash sings about) and drive the wheels off.

being on Jackstands the whole time didn't give me any motivation... if it looked like this in my garage.. I would of had it going a long time ago.. :cry:
