just replace the starter last summer.

So the starter doesn't spin the motor fast enough. Check the ground strap between the chassis and the strap from the battery to the chassis. You might need a new starter too. Alot of crap being sold these days.....

the starter did spin fine but i think there something do with gas filter or hose cuz that the last time I try fix. sorry for little confused.

Check battery voltage first, if you were able to push start it then it could be battery related.
