They are on the 4.5 sprint stars. 165/80/15 rub on the right side when turning left. The beam is all the way up and running drop spindels. The beam is three inches from the ground.

get rid of those 165's and I think you'll be okay with your current setup. Your new problem may be being too low though, the 155's will put you about 1.3" lower than 165's...
IMHO keep the dropped spindles and build a new beam. It will ride better if the lowering comes mostly from spindles

Just for now I may put my stock drum spindles on and use the beam. Cheaper fix for now. That way I keep the narrow and have back 2.5 lift. I don't need to drop it that much. Then Ill start over on the beam.

Not yet ... tires rub some ... not as much as with the 185'/65's I bent the fender back that those wheels did to it and it's not as bad. Still moving slow after surgery so I decided to wait.

I have the 155/60/15 on my OG 4.5 sprints and they work very well

Have you tried the stock disc spindles I loaned you?

I still think to do it right is to reclock the adjusters on the beam and call it done :thumbs:
