i used 3m yesterday because i had 3/4 a tube left....its expensive and they say its good but i think it takes too long to dry...i bought some different stuff at the paint shop that is paintable withing 30 mins and cost a 3rd of the price....the guys at the shop use the 6.50 stuff ...i dont think the 3m stuff is worth the 20 bucks...they both do the same thing and the cheap stuff dries way faster..you should ask eric what he thinks he paints a lot..

just dont seem like the cables are long enough even though being year specific...i fabricated some thingys to make them longer and will work...maybe the cable will stretch and then ill take the thingys out...they are all hooked up now

Ive had that problem on my truck before, of course its not a volkswagon but they were a lil to short so i had to do the same.
