still no title in the mail yet...and I leave for CA friday morning, so it needs to be here by this afternoon if I have any chance of getting it registered before flying out. So it may not make the classic, it is not registered in CA

Hopefully it shows up! I hope to see it in CA.

delivered tonight. Finally. The ninja and I talked about keeping it on the down low, and bringing it up to dubsplash to surprise you guys but I had some major shit go down this week at work, worst week in 7 years really. And the car needs a lot of work to make it road worthy. Looking at the brakes and the shifter in the morning, I'm taking it to the Kemah night show tomorrow night, it's only 2 miles away and a straight shot

Worked on it all day today, it really wasnt ready for a drive but since the Kemah show is literally 2 miles away, i did my best

The brake fluid reservoir was completely dry. The wheel cylinders (all 6) look ok through the adjuster hole, so i filled it, pumped, and cracked the bleeders to gravity bleed. Yall with wives to help pump brakes got it made. Did that a bunch of times and the brakes are good enough to drive but still need more.

The shifter/coupler/ bushing is suspect. I started with 1st and 2nd only, after today i have 1st 3rd and rev only. Good enough to get me to the Kemah cruise night. No wiper arms or blades, and i lost some carb linkage on the way. Ninja had to hook me up with a ninja zip tie fix.

Even with all that shit, the car flies. I had to be doing 60 in 3rd even with the zipties. This car is gonna cost some serious cash, but Im excited

Ive been kinda burned out. ive had some bad ass cars in my lifetime but the rarer the ar, the bigger ass holes you have to deal with. So far, same shit different type. But for now, this is a new thing for me. Even with all the type 3's ive had, ive never had one of these. It has brought back something for me that i havent had in a long long time. I didnt go to bed till 4am last night, yet I was up at 9 wrenching, starbucks in hand.

And dont think you guys aint part of that. All the positive comments and brotherhood drove me to look for something new i hadnt done yet.

I cant wait to improve this car. Im going to concentrate on the mechanicals first, as i collect the missing big big big big $$$$ sh*t. And Kostya...its getting dropped. Its already lowered and the bumpstops are cut. BooYah!!
